A fully remote, 9-month program where high school students learn how product-driven organizations operate — through structured department-based training inside partnered school apparel ecosystems.
Program Overview
Students participate in guided, mentor-led rotations across core business functions. Each department introduces structured frameworks, supervised simulations, and project-based learning aligned with real-world industry standards.
Design & Merchandising
Students learn how to research trends, plan assortments, and develop school-aligned product concepts.
Students are guided to:
- Study trend analysis and seasonal planning
- Learn assortment planning and introductory tech pack concepts
- Study color theory, logo placement, and brand consistency
- Explore Lean Design models and structured product planning
Product Development, Supply Chain & Production
Students learn how product concepts move from idea to fulfillment within a structured manufacturing environment.
Students are guided to:
- Study sourcing fundamentals and vendor evaluation principles
- Learn negotiation frameworks and vendor relationship management
- Understand logistics coordination and production timelines
- Explore Agile manufacturing concepts and process mapping
Finance & Planning
Students learn how financial structure supports sustainable growth within each HUB.
Students are guided to:
- Learn forecasting, budgeting, and cost-of-goods breakdown
- Practice introductory margin analysis concepts
- Study inventory planning and order documentation
- Understand how financial tracking supports accountability
Business Development & Sales
Students learn how relationship-based ecosystems support school apparel programs.
Students are guided to:
- Study relationship-building frameworks with school leadership
- Learn structured communication and follow-up systems
- Understand customer service principles and reorder cycles
- Explore how school-based e-commerce channels function
Marketing & Brand Communications
Students learn how brand identity and communication strategy support product awareness within partnered schools.
Students are guided to:
- Study brand voice, tone consistency, and visual identity
- Learn social media communication principles
- Explore peer, parent, and alumni engagement strategies
- Study awareness-building within assigned school communities
Program Structure
Rotation Structure
- •Minimum 3-month learning commitment per department
- •Optional rotation after each cycle, or focus on one department for the full 9 months
- •Cross-training exposure with mentor supervision throughout
- •9-week accelerated summer externship option available
Leadership Progression
- •Year 2: Department Leadership Simulation — peer mentorship, structured delegation, accountability frameworks
- •Year 3: Team Lead Simulation — sprint facilitation, cross-department coordination, decision-making
- •All leadership simulations are guided by senior mentors and team leads
